Bi-annual Journal of Research in Management

Journal of Management Research is a refereed journal at par with the best international journals on the subject. The journal seeks manuscripts that identify, extend, unify, test or apply scientific and multi-disciplinary knowledge pertaining to the management field.

Aims and Scope

Journal of Management Research endeavours to promote and disseminate knowledge in the complex multi-disciplinary management field. The Journal encourages theoretical and empirical research papers and articles of relevance to both academicians and practitioners. In addition, the journal invites papers covering application of theory to real life management activities, where the findings would be of interest to researchers, executives, academicians and management students.

The Journal publishes articles from areas such as finance, accounting, marketing, operations management, human resources management, international business, information technology, environment, risk management, globalization and related areas. Articles reflecting diversity, cross-functional nature of management and emerging concerns are also considered for publication.

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

  1. Manuscripts submitted to Journal of Management Research are evaluated on the basis of their content. The editors have complete discretion to reject/accept an article. The evaluation of manuscripts is made on the basis of their scholarly and intellectual content without having regard to the gender, race, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.
  2. There are no publication charges.
  3. Authors are required to give an undertaking that their work is original, unpublished and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. In addition, authors must confirm that their paper is their own original work and that it has not been copied or plagiarized, in whole or in part, from any other works. If the authors have used the works of others, the same should be appropriately cited or quoted. The responsibility of this lies with the authors.
  4. The review process takes 2-4 weeks.
