In various management practices across the globe. Among the many scriptural works available to explain Indian Wisdom, the Bhagavad Gita has been a storehouse of sustainable solutions to many organizational challenges over the years. This paper tries to capture the effect of spirituality contained in the Bhagavad Gita and propose a conceptual model for continuous work improvement at the workplace. Also, a deep rooted work improvement concept will equip employees and corporations better to face challenges. It would aid in better organizational climate and increased productivity.
